110%<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><h6><strong>Che cos\u2019\u00e8?<\/strong><\/h6><h6>\u00c8 un\u2019agevolazione prevista dal Decreto Rilancio che eleva al 110% l\u2019aliquota di detrazione fiscale delle spese sostenute dal 1\u00b0 luglio 2020 al 31 dicembre 2021, per specifici interventi antisismici e di efficienza energetica in aggiunta alle altre detrazioni previste per gli interventi di recupero del patrimonio edilizio gi\u00e0 in vigore (bonus ristrutturazione, facciate).<\/h6><h6><strong>Gli Incentivi Fiscali<\/strong><\/h6><h6>Un\u2019importante novit\u00e0 riguarda la possibilit\u00e0 di accedere alla detrazione,\u00a0<strong>pari al 110%<\/strong>\u00a0delle spese sostenute incluse le spese tecniche di progetto le asseverazioni, scegliendo tra tre differenti alternative:<\/h6><ol><li><h6><strong>detrazione fiscale diretta<\/strong>, da ripartire in 5 quote annuali di pari importo, entro i limiti di capienza dell\u2019imposta annua derivante dalla dichiarazione dei redditi;<\/h6><\/li><li><h6><strong>sconto in fattura<\/strong>, contributo anticipato da parte del fornitore dei beni o servizi;<\/h6><\/li><li><h6><strong>cessione del credito d\u2019imposta<\/strong>, contributo anticipato riferita alla detrazione spettante in favore di: -fornitori dei beni e dei servizi necessari alla realizzazione degli interventi; altri soggetti (persone fisiche, anche esercenti attivit\u00e0 di lavoro autonomo o d\u2019impresa, societ\u00e0 ed enti); istituti di credito e intermediari
